This under-construction two-lane highway stretches for over 2,407 kilometers (1,496 miles), traversing through 16 of the state's districts, from Tawang in the northwest to Kanubari in the southeast. It essentially acts as an arterial route(high-capacity urban roads),significantly improving travel times and fostering socio-economic development across this geographically challenging region. Route and Significance: The TAH incorporates existing national highways like NH-13, NH-15, and NH-215, along with state highway SH-25, and greenfield stretches to create a comprehensive network.
